Who we are

CityLitesUSA is a United States–based digital studio offering web development, custom software, ecommerce, design, app development, and digital marketing services. Project work may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Using the Site

• You may browse public pages for personal or internal business evaluation.
• You must provide accurate information when registering or contacting us.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You may not misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping at abusive scale, injecting malware, or interfering with Site operations.

Accounts & support

Registered users may access an account area to submit support requests. Support submissions should be truthful and relevant. We may refuse, close, or limit accounts that abuse the system or violate these Terms.

Content on the Site

Blog posts, portfolio descriptions, case highlights, pricing pages, and other materials are for general information. They are not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Results described in examples are illustrative and not guarantees of future outcomes.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, CityLitesUSA and its licensors own the Site’s design, logos, text, graphics, and software. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site materials without our prior written permission, except for fair use or other rights allowed by law.

Client project deliverables are owned according to the applicable service agreement. Portfolio mentions may include anonymized or approved client work.

Pricing & quotes

Prices shown on the Site are informational starting points and may change. Formal work begins only after mutual written agreement on scope, timeline, and fees. Third-party costs (hosting, licenses, ads, stock assets) are separate unless expressly included.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityLitesUSA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where a separate project contract sets a different limit.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify CityLitesUSA against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless a project agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after revisions means you accept the updated Terms.
